Questions customers ask the most
How long does it take? Production time for most of our desk nameplates is 4 days. Some marble and crystal nameplates may take 4-5 days.
Do I have a set-up charge? Usually there is not a set-up charge. For logos and custom designs that take extra time to prepare there is a one time fee of $40.00. Otherwise, there is no set-up charge for straight line copy.
Is there a minimum order? No. You can order a single item.
Is there a discount for multiple items? We will extend a discount on orders of 25 pieces or more placed at the same time. Please contact customer service for a quote.
Can I get a sample? Unfortunately, we do not provide samples. Nameplates are usually one-of-a-kind and are quite expensive to produce. We encourage you to order just one for inspection before placing a large order.
Can my logo or special typestyle be used? Yes. Logo/art created with professional design software can be reproduced. Files most suitable are: PDF, ai, cdr and eps using Coreldraw, Photoshop or Illustrator. Word documents are not acceptable. Ask your graphic artist or commercial printer for a copy of your artwork.
